Top Ten Books To Read During Halloween

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly blog feature hosted by the awesome people at The Broke and the Bookish

I love a good supernatural style book, but have to say there aren't that many I have read that have left me particularly scared.  I'm going to have a good go at listing a few though - sadly not a complete list this week!!

  • Coraline By Neil Gaiman
This freaked the hell out of me.  It always shocks me how scary kids books can be.

  • The Replacement By Brenna Yovanoff
There were some seriously creepy characters in this that left the hair on the back of my neck raised

  • The Missing / Cryers Cross By Lisa McMann
Although not my favorite book, this had some very scary bits that would be perfect for a Halloween evening

  2. I have heard about Cryers Cross but don't know te storyline. Is it worth my time to read it?

I also have Coraline on my list.
